why we love acai
My name is Aubrey and I am a 22 year old girl with a passion for food and for the community of Venice. With that being said, serving people has always been what motivates me as a human. I’ve always known I wanted to own my own business, I just never knew what it would be.
I have been making acai bowls for over six years now but never took it seriously until recently. I’ve had acai in Hawaii, Spain, and dream to have it in Brazil, but I’ve loved it everywhere. I eventually realized that acai was it for me and I immediately knew I had to come up with a name.
That is where I came up with Blended Bonanza. The heart of this shop is for your blend to be yours, hence the name ‘Blended’. We want you to enjoy what you’re paying for. However, I decided on the name ‘Bonanza’ because of its origin. The word bonanza is a noun and it describes an event that causes an increase in good fortune.
My intention with opening this shop is not only for our town to have a place to get good food and meet others in the community, but also to leave better than they came. I want this little stop to benefit people and bless them with good fortune. That is the heart of Blended Bonanza.
Our Acai Journey started years ago with a passion for the superfruit and how you can customize each bowl to everyone’s personal taste 🙂
